Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains is made with 6 natural grains - wheat, maize, oats, soya, channa and psyllium husk. This unique grain blend promotes easy digestion & gut health with its high fibre content. This powerhouse multigrain atta also has many essentials which help the human body stay fit, active and healthy. It is high in protein which helps in maintaining muscle mass. It contains low saturated fat which aids in maintaining cholesterol levels. The source of Vitamin B1, Thiamine in the atta aids in normal function of nerves and heart. The presence of iron in the atta supports immunity and helps in haemoglobin formation.

Walnut Brownie

Ingredients:

1 cup Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 100 g walnuts, divided, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tbsp baking soda, 1 cup buttermilk, 40 g dark chocolate, melted, 50 g chocolate chunks

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 50 g of chopped walnuts, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix these dry ingredients thoroughly. Gradually add the buttermilk to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour in the melted chocolate and gently fold it into the batter until evenly distributed. Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks and remaining walnuts over the top of the batter, gently pressing them in. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool the brownies & Serve!

Kolkata Veg Roll

Ingredients:

2 cups Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil, water, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3 green chillies, 3 tbsp ketchup

Spices: 1 tsp each (turmeric, cumin, garam masala, coriander, dry mango powder), 2 tsp red chilli powder, 4 cups each: peas, corn, capsicum, carrot; 1 cup boiled potato, coriander leaves, oil, salt

For serving: Kathi sauce, mint sauce, kathi masala, onion

Instructions:

Mix atta, salt, oil, water. Knead, rest 15 min. Ginger-garlic paste, add chillies, ketchup and spices. Add veggies. Cook, season, add coriander. Shape mixture into kebabs and cook until golden. Roll chapatis and cook both sides.

Assemble: Spread sauces on chapati, add masala, onion and kebab.

Roll and serve hot.

Peri Peri Paneer Pizza

Ingredients

For the crust: 2 cups Aashirvaad atta with multigrain, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp baking soda, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/3 cup curd

For the topping:

200 g paneer, cubed, 1 tsp piri piri masala, Pizza sauce, as needed, Mozzarella cheese, as needed Recipe

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Add ghee, then curd. Knead into a smooth dough. Rest 30 mins.

Roll dough into 1/4 inch thick circle. Heat pan on medium. Cook base for 2-3 mins until bubbles form. Flip, spread sauce, leaving the border. Toss paneer with piri piri

masala. Arrange on sauce. Add cheese. Cover and cook on low 5-7 mins until cheese melts.

Optional: Flip for 1-2 mins if needed.

Cool slightly, slice, and serve your Peri Peri Paneer Pizza!
