Soak Daawat Biryani Rice for 30 minutes. Make a spice potli and boil with water and salt.
Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, fried onions, mint, and rose petals.
Cook rice till 75% done, drain, and mix with ghee.
Cook marinated chicken in ghee, add chopped chilies, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Layer chicken and rice, top with fried onions, mint, rose petals, saffron milk, and garam masala. Seal with dough and cook on low for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
